The S. G. Torrice Co. operates a state-of-the-art Sheet Metal Shop in Wilmington, MA. Over 25,000 square feet is dedicated exclusively to customized fabrication. We offer a coil line and a spiral machine and we fabricate on multiple Vulcan machines enabling us to meet all of your custom sheet metal needs. Our product offerings include specialty items such as black iron, copper and aluminum as well as a complete selection of standard sheet metal products. Our shop employees are a capable staff of 14, some with over 20 years experience. They have undergone extensive training which allows them to efficiently lay out specialty work. We have recently added “quick pen” technology enabling us to expedite blueprint takeoffs and accurately estimate large fabrication projects. We are proud of our state-of-the-art equipment.

 | Vulcan Machine
The Vulcan Machine is a high tech computerized cutting system for precise fittings. Once programmed for your fitting, the machine will display an actual picture of the finished product before it's cut - allowing for precision every time. Most importantly, its speed and efficiency allow you to get exactly what you want, when you want it. |
 | Coil Line
The coil line is designed with the customer, in mind. We can make 5' pieces of duct in under 2 minutes. The machine is equipped to make slide and drive and TDC.

 | Spiral Machine
Our spiral machines are equipped to fabricate 4" to 30" spiral pipe up to 20' long. We also have a gorelock machine allowing for custom manufacturing of elbows and other fittings. |
 | Lining
We use the highest quality duct liner from Certainteed and adhesives from Miracle,
Nashua and Hardcast. We offer duct lining sizes of 1/2" to 2" depending upon customer specifications. |
