NEW WARRANTY PROCESS:  For American Standard, Trane, and Mitsubishi and Durastar products, please submit your claim here on Ferguson.com's new HVAC Warranty Claim form. Once a claim is submitted you will receive a confirmation email with a REQ number to assist with tracking and claim status. For any questions on claims submitted on Ferguson.com, please contact the warranty team at warranty.inquiries@ferguson.com

For all other brands: Please complete the fields below to begin your warranty claim submission. Once all fields are completed, click Submit Warranty Claim. A representative of S. G. Torrice will contact you if further information is needed to process your warranty claim. To expedite the warranty claim process, please provide all available information on the defective part and reason for failure.

Full unit replacements require approval from both S. G. Torrice and the equipment manufacturer. Please do not use this form for full unit replacements. Please call our technical support team at 978-657-4768 for all full unit replacement claims.
